We are starting up a weekly prayer meeting via Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 7.30pm. It will be an opportunity to spend time together in prayer with perhaps a Bible reading to get us started.
All church services are currently suspended because of the coronavirus outbreak. However, a “virtual” service to use at home is available under the Worship tab and circuit resources can be found on the Circuit blog.
We are continuing to follow Government guidelines and the advice coming from the Methodist Church nationally, the latest version of which can be found here:
May we who are merely inconvenienced
Remember those whose lives are at stake.
May we who have no risk factors
Remember those most vulnerable.
May we who have the luxury of working from home
Remember those who must choose between preserving their health or making their rent.
May we who have the flexibility to care for our children when their schools close

Although some things have changed over the past couple of weeks and there is a little more freedom for people to move around or see more family, nothing has changed at KMC at the time of writing, but the situation is being reviewed. If only making one hot drink put the tea bag in a mug of cold water and microwave it for 1 or 2 minutes, depending on the wattage of your microwave. That way you heat just the right amount. But if you do use a kettle, why not heat enough to fill a flask as well, ready for your next drink.… Read more
